Free City Map

At Tourist Info Harlingen on Grote Bredeplaats 12, you can pick up a free city map. There are also booklets with city walks available for €2.50 each. The city walks last between 1.5 to 2 hours and are about 5 kilometres long. What sets these walks apart is that each route has its own theme, and you can combine them with a visit to the Hannemahuis museum. Some examples of these themes include "Staying Afloat” ", which highlights the struggle with water, and "A Taste of the 19th Century" which introduces you to the highs and lows of the 19th century.
